As part of 29 Days Campaign, ANC Members of Parliament, and Provincial Legislatures, are encouraged to download, edit and ask the Written Parliamentary Questions to all Members of their respective Executives. The PQ should be first submitted no later than Friday, 31 May 2019.

As far as possible, this Parliamentary Question should be asked every two weeks.

1.   Mx XX XXXX (ANC) to ask the Minister of XXXXX:
 
As at 30 April 2019, how many unpaid invoices were; (a) older than 30 days in (i) her/his department and (ii) each of the entities reporting to her/him, and (b) what was the total unpaid amount on the combined unpaid invoices for each?

The date should be changed accordingly each time the question is asked, to either the end of the previous month or the 15th of the month, whichever is later.

As far as possible, reply to the PQ should be emailed to hell@29days.co.za in order to be considered when the Top 10 List of Business Killers is updated. There are mechanism to collect the replies from the National Assembly, but the Provincial Legislatures would have to share the replies using the indicated email.
